The Secured.Supply application (the "App") includes all content that could be accessed using any of the following domains or mobile applications, except when explicitly stated otherwise (such as the use of partner brands and trademarks):

Information Collection and Use

We are the sole owner of all information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent information (nor access to this information) to any third party, except as outlined in this policy. We collect information from our customers to setup a Dwolla account, collect payments, process orders and better serve you with updates, such as order status updates and tracking information. Information collected includes your full name, email address, shipping address, and financial institution information such as your bank account and routing numbers.

If you elect to receive promotional material from Secured.Supply, your contact information will be used for the generation of these recommendations and the delivery of these reports via email.

Our partners may collect information from you during the course of registration. Please read their respective Terms of Use and Privacy Policies as you register for them, or refer to the document links available within "My Account" under "Verifications".

Registration

Registering in the App requires logging in with a supported OAuth Provider and providing all the following information at various stages of account setup:

Required Account Information

• Legal Fist and Last Name
• Verified Email Address
• Financial Information
• Postal Address

Each Postal Address includes up to 3 Lines representing the Street, as well as the City, State/Province/Territory, Postal/Zip Code and Country.

Financial Institute Information includes your Financial Institution's Name, an Account Name used to differentiate the account, as well as your Account Number and Routing Number.

Verified Customer Record (Optional)

• Billing Postal Address
• Legal Date of Birth
• Social Security Number*

* The Social Security Number is only required when upgrading to a Verified Customer Record, which you must do to purchase US$5,000.00 or more worth of goods or services within one (1) calendar week.

Cookies

You will be unable to login and make purchases without accepting cookies. Our partner's verification and bank login integrations will not function, and you will be unable to place an order. We do not share any personally identifiable information provided by any cookies with any third party.

Some of our partners (such as Plaid) use cookies on our site. We have no access to or control over these cookies. This privacy statement covers the use of cookies by the App and Rethunk.Tech, LLC. only, and does not cover the use of cookies by these partners described in "Sharing".

Sharing

We contract the services of third-party companies (whom we refer to as partners) to perform some functions on our behalf. These functions include address validation, email delivery, package delivery and courier information sharing (Consignee) as required, payment services by Dwolla and their financial institution partners, as well as bank validation by Plaid. The third parties we utilize for these purposes have limited access to your personal information, so they may not use it for other purposes. Customer information is a business asset, such that it is transferrable in the case of a merger or acquisition. In such a situation, your personally identifiable information would only be used in a manner consistent with this policy.

We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law, and when we believe disclosure is necessary to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on us. If the situation allows us, we will attempt to notify you of this disclosure.

Children

We do not sell products to children, and we will not knowingly or intentionally collect personal information, online or offline, from a child under the age of 13.

Security

The App takes several industry-standard precautions to protect customer information. When you submit sensitive information in our App, your information is protected both online and offline.

When setting up a Dwolla account, only your First Name, Last Name and Email Address are stored with us. Our partner retains your financial information, and we simply refer to it using a token. When you enter sensitive information (such as your banking credentials) into our partner Plaid's verification form, that information is encrypted and protected with a version of SSL that is not deprecated. Please refer to Plaid's Privacy Policy for details.

The App is hosted on cloud services in secured and locked facilities which require employees to check in and wear physical access control devices (and valid ID badges.) These facilities commonly have alarm systems and security cameras positions throughout. If you are concerned about your personal information, you can opt to have it removed after the delivery of your order. For future transactions, you would be required to re-enter your information.

All web servers and database servers hosting the production App are monitored and protected from many attacks via multiple layers of hardware and software protections. Personal information is stored encrypted at rest, as well as in backups.

Notices

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time, and if we do so, we will post changes to this privacy policy on the homepage, as well as other places we deem appropriate so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances if any, we share or disclose it.

If you have chosen to elect not to receive promotional material from the App, you will still receive notifications when our Privacy Policy receives a substantial or material update(s).
